Sometimes a simple apology is all it takes to make someone feel human again. The service manager called me personally to correct an issue I had earlier this week. Now when a small detail like that is handled like that it just shows how dedicated this place is to great customer service. They did a great job replacing my bumper even took me too and from home while the work was being performed.
