We hired him to do the landscaping for the business as well as my home. He did half of what was promised for the business . He did mow the grass at my home but damaged the fence in the process and did nothing to repair it. When we finally decided to change companies, I gave him notice and still paid for the month. He decided not to show up the last week and cowardly hung the keys outside in the middle of the night. The business fence was also damaged the week before which he offered to repair this time, however by not completing the final week of work, I again, have basically paid for the fence repair myself and have had to pay a second person to come out and do the landscaping that Mr.Loper had already promised and been paid for.
